Following the creation of CMI France, we are at a turning point for our group and brands. We can launch new projects, change our ways of working, try out new methods and innovate thanks to our shareholder Daniel Křetínský, who loves the press and believes in its future.
Our company’s primary aim is to serve women, which we do day to day by creating female-oriented content, events and services to support them in their everyday life, entertain, inspire or facilitate their professional and personal development.

We are quite exemplary in the area of male/female equality, within both our CMI France Executive Committee and our group.
In terms of organization, there are both brand-centric teams that embody the brands and cross-brand experts who can contribute to various formats.
Sales representatives and content producers work together closely but retain their individuality.
Our content supports the emancipation of women (education, help in day-to-day life, entertainment, aspiration, etc.) across all print, digital and physical formats.
We provide services related to our aim: training, career coaching, conferences and action against all forms of harassment. We support a change of culture within companies and are standardizing our training offering.
Our brands are represented by credible sources: committed journalists and figures associated with the publication. Finally, we simplify women’s day-to-day life with content that is accessible everywhere and can be shared with their friends, as well as consumer services.
